We provide professional services including feasibility reports, consultation, and ADU design/build services through RM Design & Development.

2. Feasibility Report Terms

• Our Feasibility Report is a paid service and non-refundable once research has begun.

• The report is based on current zoning and property data; it is intended for informational purposes and does not guarantee permit approval.

• All findings are reviewed during a consultation with one of our specialists.

3. Payments & Fees

All services must be paid in full before work begins. Prices are clearly listed at time of checkout. We accept credit/debit cards through secure payment processing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design materials, is the property of San Diego ADUs and may not be copied or reused without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or website. All services are provided “as is” without warranties.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations after work has started are not eligible for a refund.
